Hey, I’m Natalya
I’m a UK based Registered Nutritionist and Naturopath, certified in functional medicine, specialising in gut health, detoxification and hormones. I struggled for over a decade with complex gut issues including SIBO, Candida, IBS, dysbiosis, multiple food intolerances, leaky gut, as well as painful menstrual cycles and hormone imbalances.
I know what it’s like to want answers in a world full of conflicting and incomplete info, so I created this course to contain everything that I wish I knew, before spending thousands on practitioners, supplements and various healing modalities. This is what led me to becoming a practitioner, where I get to help others navigate and overcome their own health challenges.

What’s included within this course:
Natural approaches, in-depth explanations and supplements for gut, thyroid and hormone conditions such as acid reflux, H. pylori, SIBO, Candida, yeast overgrowths, gut dysbiosis, parasites, poor liver detoxification, low bile flow, gallstones, leaky gut, food intolerances, constipation, loose stools, low thyroid function, thyroid antibodies, menstrual cramps, ovulation headaches, estrogen dominance, low progesterone, high testosterone and more.
Practitioner Protocols
The tools, techniques and supplement protocols that I use in my practice, with 1:1 clients, that I have seen get results.

If you’d like to take The Food Diary Challenge, we’ll cover how to assess your own meals and timings (without needing to weigh anything), what I look for when reviewing my client’s food diaries and simple ways that you can improve your nutrient intake to feel confident about what to eat.
Module 3: Macros, Blood Sugar, and Nutrient Intake
Topics: Macro ratios, blood sugar, and tracking nutrient intake.
Learn how to evaluate your own nutrient intake before spending money on expensive testing. Find the right macro ratio that works for your body and lifestyle, allowing you to feel satiated after meals and free of energy dips. Recognise the signs of unstable blood sugar, know how to create blood sugar-balanced meals, which blood sugar hacks are most effective and the minerals required to improve insulin sensitivity.

This module focusses on the upper gut, providing natural approaches to acid reflux, H. pylori, stomach acid and digestive enzymes.
Module 6: Liver and Bile
Topics: The role of bile, bile and toxin elimination, supporting the gallbladder, improving bile flow, bile acid supplements, gallstones, bile acid malabsorption, gallbladder removal, the gut-liver axis, liver detoxification, phase 1 liver detox, and phase 2 liver detox.
Learn about the antimicrobial and antifungal properties of bile, how it is essential for the clearance of toxins and hormones, its role in SIBO and constipation, and what to do to optimise low levels. Next we’ll dive into the connection between the gut, hormones and liver, why we never want to start with phase 1 detoxification and how certain liver detox herbs can make things worse. Module 8: The Gut Microbiome
Topics: The gut microbiome, feeding the microbiome, dietary fats, dietary fibre, prebiotics, short-chain fatty acids, probiotics, and paraprobiotics.
Learn which intervention can allow our commensal species to thrive, why a high oxygen environment can be problematic and how to overcome this, what to eat to nurture a healthy gut microbiome, which type of fibre may be easier to digest in an inflamed gut, and why high-fat diets can work against us. Find out how to introduce probiotics, the powerful effects of probiotic triple therapy and where to turn if you’re unable to tolerate live bacteria.
Module 9: Gut-Related Conditions
Topics: Leaky gut, food intolerances, food allergies, diarrhoea, constipation, and severe constipation.
Learn how to repair a leaky gut, a frequently overlooked cause and the right time to do a leaky gut protocol for it to be most effective. You’ll understand the importance of the immune system in overcoming opportunistic pathogens (once upstream factors are addressed), how to support it and what you need to know about biofilms before trying to open them. Find out why stool testing frequently misses Candida and parasites, which blood markers may indicate parasites and my preferred test for assessing Candida. Plus how to go off symptoms and what to look for, when testing isn’t an option. Gain access to effective supplement protocols and feel confident that with the right knowledge and techniques, overcoming gut dysbiosis is possible.
Module 11: The Thyroid

Is this course a good fit for what I’m looking for?
This course needs to feel right for where you’re at in your health journey. If gut issues and hormone imbalances are a significant part of your daily life and you want to know how to address them, then the course will likely be a good fit. As well as if you’re looking to go faster or slower than you might with a practitioner.
Or perhaps you’re looking to get the basics in place, from sleep and light environment practices to supporting drainage pathways and finding a way of eating that works best for your body. The course will cover all of this, encouraging a mindset of making progress towards your goals whilst avoiding perfectionism and rigid thinking.
Dietary Approach within the Course
Whilst this course is primarily focussed on improving gut health and hormones rather than diet, in the Nutrition Fundamentals module, we take a deep dive into the components of a healthy diet.
This includes a combination of animal protein, plant foods and seasonal eating concepts. Fibre is introduced as tolerated, whilst addressing the causes and eating adequate carbohydrates is encouraged.
The Nutrition Fundamentals module advocates for eating animal protein for a range of health reasons. If you have strong vegan beliefs, this probably isn’t the right course for you.

Who the course might not be right for:
Extreme Supplement Sensitivities
Those who are highly sensitive or reactive to all supplements. Whilst there are option to support with food, lifestyle and drainage pathways material, you may benefit from more tailored support.
Whilst on Medications
Anyone on multiple medications. If you are currently taking medications, you’ll need to check with your healthcare provider regarding the suitability of implementing supplements.
Serious Illness
Specific medical diagnoses or serious illness. Please seek out direct care for these conditions instead.
Pregnancy or Breastfeeding
Pregnant or breastfeeding mums as certain supplements and drainage pathway techniques may be unsafe during this time.
Additional Details
You’ll have access for the lifetime of the course, including any future updates to the material for free.

Multiple Sessions Worth of Value:
Whilst on early-bird sale, the course costs less than the price of a single 1:1 session, where you get to experience 10 hours of content, that would normally be shared over 4-6 months.
The self-paced nature allows you to take your time and refer back to the course when needed, as sometimes new conditions arise or we need a reminder to put good habits back in place.
If you do choose to work with a practitioner in the future, you’ll have the foundations down and already be making considerable improvements on your health goals, fast-tracking your progress.

Bridging the gap between a DIY approach and a 1:1 Practitioner
I remember what it was like trying to DIY my own gut issues before retraining in nutrition and functional medicine. There were years of wrong turns and so many times I thought I’d finally figured it out, only to be disappointed. With hindsight, I understand why. I needed to step back and address the full picture in a methodical way, rather than fixating on a few areas and hoping that a supplement would provide the answer.
My intention is that by sharing my knowledge from the thousands of hours of training, additional learning and client sessions with you in this course, you’ll be able to DIY your health in a much shorter timeframe, whilst gaining back confidence in your body so that you can go live your life to the fullest.
